Presently, I am working for one of the largest pharmaceutical business house in India. Prior to this, I was with Caplin Steriles. Caplin Steriles is a R&D driven company focused on the development and manufacturing of high quality Injectables and Ophthalmic products for Regulated Markets. Earlier, I was with Kawmen Pharma who are pioneers in manufacturing Active Pharma Ingredients and importing and supplying Nutra, Cosmetics and Food Ingredients through their holding company K P Manish Global Ingredients. Prior to this, I was handling HR in a senior position for apex laboratories private limited in Chennai between April 2015 and February 2018. Earlier to this, I was heading a HR Consulting Company and responsible for P&L of the business between March 2011 and March 2015. Before this, I was Heading Human Resources Function for a Company (www.imc.net.in) called “IMC Limited” between March 2005 and February 2011. IMC Limited is market leader in a port based specialized 3PL logistics, trading, EPC and Gas exploration and distribution. Before that, I worked for TVS Srichakra Limited at their Tyre and Tube manufacturing Plant at Madurai in Tamilnadu between January 2004 and March 2005. I began my career with National Dairy Development Board and worked between May 1993 and December 2004 at Anand, Gujarat and a stint at plant in Tirupathi for two years. In all, I have 25+ years of end to end HR experience coupled with implementation of world’s largest Economic Development Programme called “Operation Flood”. The experience is across Pharmaceuticals,FMCG, Auto Components, Trading, Logistics, Consulting and Oil & Gas sectors. I have experience and exposure in Sales HR, Plant HR and Corporate HR in different parts of India handling workforce from varied cultures including expatriates and expansion in other countries.
