Project: Electrified Double Track Project from Gemas to Johor Bahru Key Responsibilities:- • Responsible to close more than 20 outstanding non-compliance report issued by consultant by working closely with supervisors and consultant’s IOW for proper corrective action at site. • Arrange for closure of more than 200 backlogged open RFIs that could affect project's interim cash flow. • Prepare and complie hand-over documents once sectional infra work completion.

Project: Electrified Double Track Project from Gemas to Johor Bahru Key Responsibilities:- • Work out RC structure bar bending schedule for RC walls box culvert and drainage sumps. • Prepared interim payment certificate for AAY subcontractor after monthly work done evaluation at site. • Keep a proper record of material such as rebar, concrete, and quarry products incoming and outgoing thus reducing any wastages. • Tabulate and quantify required precast U-drain units for the project and assist project manager to procure from various vendors such as G-Cast, Tekun, and Speed Concrete.

Employed as a Site Engineer now working on-site for Electrified Double Track Project from Gemas to Johor Bahru based at Section 2, a 42 KM work package starting from Tenang to Paloh. Key Responsibilities:- • Assist site manager in coordinating with site team and consultant (SSP Consult) to ensure construction works comply as per drawing specification. • Address queries or concerns from the site team related to the drawings and specifications. • Raise request for inspection (RFI) before any activity and conduct inspections with IOW from SSP to ensure that construction works are carried out according to the approved drawings and specifications. • Communicate with site team and consultant to resolve any conflicts between the drawings and practical on-site constraints thus preventing loss of productivity hours. • Arrange sectional site hand-over to main contractor (YTL) after completion.

Under this section I held responsibility for supervising every poster and video content that made under my department for every program organised under the student section. Apart from that, I also liaised with my director and other members of our department successfully organized two day Adobe Photoshop and video,aking workshop for UTM students. The program, ET to IT is a sub-program organized under Engine-Fest 2017.

Effectively handled and managed the financial aspects of the club with more than 350 members. Leading in the club’s duty to ensure that proper accounting records are kept, financial resources are properly controlled, invested and economically spent for the programs held under the club. Achievements: 1. Successfully conducted all the planned programs under the club without any major financial crisis during my term. 2. Liaise with every treasurer for each program to monitor the income and expenses being done for the event. With my supervision each program has gained profit which then flow back to the club which will be used to fund other programs. 3. Successfully maintained and increased the total fund of the organization by RM 60,000.00 through various program. Description of my job scope is as below: 1. Overseeing and presenting budgets, internal management accounts and annual financial statements to the leadership as well as the students members. 2. Liaising, where applicable, with the treasurer for each program responsible for the financial activities to sure allocated fund from the club spent wisely. 3. Advising the leadership of the club and the advisor on the financial status of the club. 4. Liaison with the financial auditors of the club under the advisor on specific issues such as checking monthly accounting reports.

Things I learnt: 1. Managed to learn about gas piping industry and how to commence such project with authority’s approval and in this case, is Energy commission and Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH). 2 . Get to know about two important Malaysian standards and regulation that being used widely in gas piping which is; (i) MS 830: Malaysian Code of Practice for the Storage, Handling and Transportation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas. (ii) MS 930: Malaysian Code of Practice for the Installation of Fuel Gas Piping Systems and Appliances. 3. I also introduced to all kinds of gas piping fittings, equipment and machines related to gas piping projects. 4. I also learnt information about sandblasting of bulk tank via instructors from Thailand as the company has bought vapor abrasive blasting machine from USA is added advantage for me to do internship here. I have provided the following services to Globegas Engineering Sdn. Bhd. as generally indicated below: 1. Go to Suruhanjaya Tenaga at Putrajaya to submit ATI & ATO and to Gas Malaysia Sdn Bhd to collect acceptance form. 2. Assist drafter to analyze building drawing, measure and calculate pipeline length for pipe costing and suggesting viable gas pipe routing according Malaysian Standards and Gas Supply Acts and Regulations. 3. Arrange and sort required pipe fittings, equipment for projects. 4. Assist project engineer in gas pipe inspection, testing and commissioning. 5. Assist with administrative duties such as preparation for meeting between company and clients from overseas. Projects involved: 1. Gas tapping from old natural gas station into new at Meditech Glove Sdn Bhd 2. Maintenance and servicing BHP sites, Aik Cheong Coffee Roaster, Melaka. 3. Upgrading existing LPG storage facility for Persada Johor International Convention Centre Kitchen. 5. Gas inspection at every outlet that uses natural gas supply at Jaya Shopping Complex, Petaling Jaya.

Together with my friends, we represented SPE-UTM by participating in plan of development competition organised by SPE ITB in Bandung. This competition requires a fully developed oil field project plan presented during competition which is organised in Bandung. The competition has more than 20 group participated both locally and internationally and we managed to secure top 10 in the competition. Even though we did not win but we managed to build friendship and networking with the students from ITB.
