Accounts: Manage order processing efficiently and accurately. Handle tender (Sebut Harga) submissions, including costing and related documentation. Prepare and process LHDN stamping for bonds, contracts with government entities, and private contracts. Liaise with Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) during audits after tender submissions. Prepare and analyze monthly reports, including mapping, P&L, and commission payable calculations. Draft and manage bond preparation for projects/contracts. Oversee and manage company assets (buildings, staff houses, vehicles, and other fixed assets). Handle E-Invoicing for both government and private sector clients. Utilize AutoCount software to manage order processing and prepare monthly accounts. Manage import and export purchases, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures. Handle LAD (Liquidated Ascertained Damages) matters related to contracts/projects. Work with the E-Perolehan system (supportive role, not PIC). Oversee accounts payables and receivables, ensuring timely payments and collections. Human Resources: Prepare official letters, memos, and HR documentation. Manage the hiring process, including job postings, shortlisting, and interviews. Conduct one-to-one employee engagement to address workplace issues. Administer payroll accurately and on time. Coordinate and manage the PROTÉGÉ program (if applicable). Verify and process staff claims after obtaining necessary approvals. Manage and update staff leave records.
