Stock Legal - Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate, and Banking Legal Back Office - Experience in building Stock Legal and guiding hundreds of law firm owners in outsourcing back office needs to create efficiencies for profitability and growth. Sara is founder and CEO of Stock Legal, a WBENC-certified firm. Stock Legal’s primary purpose is to uniquely (through fixed fees, education, and practical, approachable, relational, and creative representation) support business owners in all their legal needs. Sara’s joint MBA and law degree uniquely position her to provide the highest quality legal advice seasoned with a solid understanding of her clients’ business objectives. Combining all of that, she built Legal Back Office to help law firms owners that were struggling with the same problems in growing a firm. Sara left an equity position at a large St. Louis law firm to join KWS Law, and later to form Stock Legal, because she felt she could better serve her target clients – small to medium- sized businesses – from a small to medium-sized law firm. Sara’s approach to the practice of law and partnering with business owners sets her firm apart nationally, as she brings sophisticated legal experience and combines that with a true business partner approach. Sara is passionate about these types of clients because they surround her in her personal life - Sara’s mom and dad ran the family trucking company out of their home growing up, and the family continues to run this successful business today.
