I have over 10 years of experience in public administration, finance, and accounting, with a focus on strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston, and I am a Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO) accredited by the Government Finance Officers Association of Texas (GFOAT). I am also a member of the International City Management Association (ICMA), the Texas City Management Association (TCMA), and serve as both the TCMA Region 6 President and the Director-at-Large (DAL) on the TCMA Board of Directors.
