Managed all technical needs for The Winter’s Tale while on tour. Drove cargo van with tour materials to all of our non-theatrical venues in NYC. Touched-up and repaired set and props as necessary.

Vendor liaison for operations team. Sourced requests and compared bids. Tracked order changes and communicated them efficiently. Distributed keys and parking permits during Festival.

Maintained and updated a tracking document of all notes during the Festival. Kept track of changes, updates, and cancellations of tent rentals and electricity needs from all vendors and venues. Distributed parking passes and troubleshot all parking issues. Supervised key check out and check in. Compiled the daily runner list to send the runner out and distributed petty cash as necessary.

Meticulously analyzed the show flow pre-event. Hired and trained staff to work bar, coat check, and as ushers. Greeted vendors and performers upon arrival. Supervised all back of house changeovers.

Managed logistics for alcohol and drug free overnight graduation parties for high school seniors at multiple venues. Ensured all activities started on time and as planned. Liaised between Grad Nights and seniors’ parents. Responsible for collecting final payments and reporting accidents or damages.

Participated in the inaugural year of Uversity. Explored my own creativity and the creative processes of others in my area of study. Provided feedback on the Uversity programme in its first year. Promoted Uversity through blogs, testimonials, video interviews, and other activities. Completed thesis entitled "PAINTING INSIDE THE LINES: An analysis of the limitations presented to the creative processes of contemporary Irish lighting designers through the framework of Csikszentmihalyi’s theory of Flow".

Member of the Front of House staff. Supervised volunteer ushers to provide the best audience experience. Responsible for daily fire and safety inspections in three performance spaces (1200, 450, & 150 seats). Coordinated between the performers, the technical crew, and The Helix staff to ensure shows ran smoothly.

Handled phone calls and emails for all of the twenty-four lab members. Coordinated domestic and international travel, as well as day-to-day scheduling and budgeting for the principal investigator of the lab. Helped to assemble grant proposals and manage effort reporting. Organized and planned high profile visits to the lab, including schedules, room bookings, catering, and transportation.

Worked as the crew chief for the technical crew available to outside theatre groups that came to Boston College to perform. On call during weekend shifts for event support. In charge of opening the house and locking up after the shifts.

Conducted interviews and filmed over 50 hours of footage in order to create a video to be shown during Freshman Orientation. Filmed and edited independently.

One of the largest and most renowned regional theatres in the country, Seattle Repertory Theatre produces a mix of classics, recent Broadway hits and cutting-edge new works in two theatre spaces. We are the city's flagship theatre and pride ourselves on being an artistic home for countless Seattle artists. And we were proud to receive the 1990 Tony Award for Outstanding Regional Theatre.

Procured facilities for events with 6,000-12,000 attendees. Secured staff travel and accommodations. Created onsite signage. Negotiated with local partners to activate at our events. Managed deliveries and volunteers onsite. Responsible for updating all team members with current information.

Supervised fifteen concessions assistants and thirty union ushers for three performance spaces (800, 300, & 150 seats). Responded quickly and efficiently to any emergencies that may arise. Facilitated seat exchanges and patron requests. Responsible for locking up at the end of performances.

Organized twenty-one-person production team for three-day festival, attended by over 15,000 people, with over 1,000 participants. Oversaw tent, stage, lighting, and audio contracts for the three festival sites. Planned locations and equipment needed for the festival and their transport between sites. Coordinated schedules of festival staff, production team, audio and lighting contractors, performers, police detail, grounds crew, tent set up and take down, and dining services.

Created union and non-pro contracts for actors, directors, and designers. Coordinated schedules for technical rehearsals. Forecasted and budgeted for upcoming season options. Processed weekly payroll for the production department. Staffed and managed the August Wilson Monologue Competition.

Organizing all elements in the Mudder Village Festival. Contracting food trucks, beer operations, tenting, dumpsters, portable toilets, and security staff. Designing festival area layout and integration into course route. Leading on signage coordination in festival area for all events.
