About
I am a learning experience designer, researcher, and doctoral candidate (ABD) with over 20 years of professional experience in research, design, and development, and more than 15 years dedicated specifically to learning and development. My career spans federal government, biopharmaceutical, and fintech industries, where I design, build, and implement learning experiences that elevate performance, strengthen organizational capability, and support people throughout their development journeys. I am fueled by curiosity about learning technologies, cognitive science, strategy, analysis, and experimentation.
