To plan, co-ordinate and undertake recruitment campaigns (for both Contract Workers and Permanent Staff roles) through the use of multiple resourcing channels and in line with Brunel Energy operating procedures in order to identify and propose high caliber candidates to satisfy the manpower requirements of Brunel Energy Group of Clients and contribute to the attainment of individual / Team / Company business targets.

• Actively canvass and cold call clients to sell Anderson Knight and their services • Speak to existing clients to build solid business relationship • Arrange client visits and arrange jobs on for placement opportunity • Interview and register candidates for placement • Keep systems up to date and ensure all documentation is correct • Work to set monthly and quarterly targets
