Roles/responsibilities: • Transitioned from Macquarie to one of Macquarie Banking & Financial Services’ largest client groups to support senior business leaders in an advisory capacity to drive increased business performance and achieve long-term profitable and sustainable growth • Advise in business strategy, succession planning, debt structuring, mergers & acquisitions, business analytics and optimisation, performance benchmarking, financial and risk assessment • Support CEO, Corporate Board, General Manager (Macquarie alumni) and Executive Leadership Team in leading development and execution of strategy and corporate development initiatives • Facilitate key leadership forums to support best practice adoption of strategic, financial and operational initiatives across network

Roles/responsibilities: • Managed delivery of over $70 million in gross lending and deposits to support clients in mergers, acquisitions, restructures and succession planning, as a Strategic Relationship Manager to portfolio of 40 business leaders operating businesses within Real Estate, Strata, Accounting, Financial Services, Insurance Broking and Legal industries • Engaged as a select group of Business Banking Subject Matter Experts to support Senior ELT on 4 major national process and technology (SaaS) transformation projects, to drive business efficiency and enhance the client and employee experience • Collaborated with Macquarie’s Employee Network Group of 8 individuals which created, lead and delivered a holistic program of wellness initiatives to support the wellbeing of 150 employees in the Melbourne office
