Sarah Hartline Morrison
Chief Growth Officer @ Code.org
About
I lead organizations through moments where the business must fundamentally change, working directly with CEOs and boards across telecom, retail, and platform businesses to translate strategy into execution. I'm most effective in roles where the portfolio is broad, the deals are complex, and the mandate is to make the business work better, not just sound better.Today, as Chief Growth Officer at Code.org, I run global partnerships, growth, and revenue for the world's largest AI education platform, reaching 100M+ users across 190 countries. My partnership portfolio includes Google, Amazon, Salesforce, and Microsoft, partnering directly with their teams on category definition, ecosystem integration, and product co-development.

Chief Growth Officer
Brought in at a platform inflection point to lead Code.org's transition to its next growth. I run partnerships, growth, and revenue for the world's largest AI education platform, reaching 100M+ users across 190 countries. We operate across two motions: enterprise partnerships with the biggest technology companies in the world, and consumer product-led adoption that puts our products directly in front of students, educators, and families. My partnership portfolio includes Google, Amazon, Salesforce, and Microsoft. Accountable for the commercial system end-to-end across product, pricing, positioning, partnerships, marketing, and funding, setting the operating model for adoption, scale, and durability. I lead integrated growth execution across go-to-market, lifecycle performance, and AI-native offerings, and operate as a board-facing executive during a period of structural transformation and global scale.

Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Growth
Brought in to drive commercial repositioning ahead of the $2.7B Saks acquisition. The mandate was to turn Neiman Marcus from a standalone retailer into a platform that brand partners could grow on. I conceived and launched the Retail Media Network from zero, structured the operating model and commercial terms, and personally closed the founding partner deals. Year one generated $30M in net-new partner-funded revenue. The founding partner list included Hermès, Gucci, Chanel Beauty, Estée Lauder, and Cartier. Alongside the platform build, I owned enterprise marketing strategy, analytics, and brand repositioning. I built the company's first partner attribution and performance infrastructure (media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, partner-level ROI), lifting ROAS 35% overall and up to 600% in targeted initiatives. The brand and go-to-market work I led drove a 70% sales surge across top brands and reduced average customer age by 7 years.

Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnership (AT&T)
Built and led the multi-year strategic partnership between Omnicom and AT&T. Single accountable executive for the partnership across both organizations, badged at AT&T HQ, reporting into both the business unit and the Global Marketing Organization. The joint operating model covered $3.5B in annual investment and a 500-person, 8-agency ecosystem. I built AT&T's first enterprise ABM motion through the partnership, targeting C-suite and IT buyers at priority accounts and generating a 534% increase in incremental demand. I also built and led FirstNet go-to-market for Public Sector, structuring institutional partnerships with government and first responder agencies across federal, state, and local stakeholders. Across five years, I owned the Omnicom side of the AT&T relationship end to end, structuring and renegotiating successive statements of work and scope expansions that grew total partnership value year over year.

Vice President, Strategic Partnerships (Bridgestone Lead)
Led Bridgestone's global commercial and partnership strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The most interesting work was the global sponsorship portfolio: NFL, PGA, NHL, and the Olympic TOP partnership. I built scalable operating models that balanced centralized strategy with regional execution across dealer networks and consumer markets.

Associate Director, Global Partnerships (Visa/Gatorade Lead)
Led global product and partnership initiatives for Visa and Gatorade, including the Visa "Go World" Olympic sponsorship across 62 international markets. This is where I built operating fluency in global brand and partnership systems at scale.
