Handle the end-to-end campaign execution of 3 Merries Premium Subbrands : Japan Merries, Merries Skin Protection, Merries Skin Protection Slim covering ATL, BTL, digital campaign.

Developed & executed digital strategy including Website SEO & Instagram content plan as the business transition to online sales due to pandemic, contributed in increase in Instagram followers. Designed E-commerces marketing activities & promotions, increase sales of Merries in E-commerce. Do monthly brand & competitor analysis to grasp the current trend of Merries’ target audience (pregnant moms in their third trimester & new moms with 0-3 years old babies). Work closely with sales, trade marketing, vendor, media, creative agency, and factory members.

Led the development of new product packaging (Merries Skin Protection) with products finished 120% earlier vs the projected launch date. In charge of the administrative affairs of product export to Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh and Russia. Worked with APKI & JHPIA to organize the Baby Diapers SNI certification.

Developed 3 Attack sub-brand products: Attack Easy Liquid, Attack Batik, and Jaz1. Starting from market research, product formulation, product legal registration, and packaging development.

Doing projects in Sales and Product development division. Product Development : Assisting the launch of Attack Easy Liquid Key Account : Monitor and improve the service level of Kao products in Indomaret

PT Polychem Indonesia is a company primarily engaged in two divisions: Polyester and Chemical divisions. I was an intern for their Chemical Division which is located in Merak, Indonesia. I gained information about how their chemical division operates while doing some projects.
