Sarah Bringas

Hi there! I'm Sarah :) With nearly four years of experience in HR Administration, Coordinator and Generalist roles, I bring a well-rounded skill set in employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, HR systems, and more! My expertise lies in streamlining HR processes and cross-functional efficiencies to help solve any problem, but my passion is driven through fostering positive employee experiences and challenging the status quo to encourage success while maintaining the best talent. As I actively pursue my CPHR designation as a Candidate Member, I look forward to leveraging my knowledge and hands-on HR experience to enhance HR operations and create innovative solutions! Outside the office, I have a passion for community outreach, early talent programs, and career coaching. Through BobaTalks and MacEwan University, I mentor students and early career professionals all around Canada and the USA to create awareness of the current job market, provide helpful resources, and help guide individuals on the best career path possible. In my free time, I also volunteer in events and panels with student-led clubs at MacEwan University and CPHR Alberta to create relationships and strengthen my involvement in the local HR community.
