Project: Lead Capture & CRM Sync Workflow Overview: Created a fully automated lead management system that captures form submissions, syncs them to Airtable CRM, updates existing records when necessary, sends instant confirmation emails to new leads and a slack notification to the team on slack, all without manual effort. My Contribution: I developed this automation using Make (formerly Integromat), starting from a Webhook that receives new lead data once a form is submitted. The workflow processes information through Iterators, Array Aggregators, and Set Multiple Variables to structure data accurately before routing it based on lead status. If the lead is new, the system automatically adds the record to Airtable CRM. If the lead already exists, it follows a separate route that updates the record with the latest information. After that, an automatic Gmail message is sent to the lead confirming their submission and reassuring them that the team will follow up soon. Major Tasks: Integrated Google Form submissions with Make via Webhook. Used Iterators, Aggregators, and Variables to format and process lead data. Configured a Router to handle both new and existing leads efficiently. Automated Gmail messages for instant lead confirmation. Updated Airtable CRM with accurate and complete lead information. Sent Slack alerts to the team when a new or existing lead was processed. Team & Collaboration: Collaborated with a real estate client to streamline how new property inquiries were captured, organized, and responded to. This automation ensured no lead went unnoticed and allowed the client to focus on conversions rather than data entry. Key Accomplishments: Replaced manual CRM updates with a 100% automated system. Improved lead response time by 40% with instant confirmation messages. Ensured accurate, up-to-date lead data without duplication.

Project: Gmail → SMS Workflow Overview: Built an automation system for e-commerce business owners who wanted to automatically record order details from email notifications and notify their fulfillment teams instantly. My Contribution: I created an automated workflow using Make (formerly Integromat) that extracts key details from “New Order” Gmail notifications, such as customer name, order ID, items ordered, and amount, using a text parser. These details are then automatically logged into Google Sheets for recordkeeping, and finally, the system sends an instant WhatsApp message to the appropriate team or department for quick order processing. Major Tasks: Designed the full automation structure (Gmail → Parser → Google Sheets → WhatsApp). Configured text parsing rules to accurately extract order data. Integrated WhatsApp API to send real-time notifications to the right recipients. Tested the workflow for accuracy and ensured consistent synchronization. Team & Collaboration: Worked closely with an e-commerce client to understand their order management flow and identify key points for automation. Key Accomplishments: Reduced manual order entry time by 80%. Improved team response time to new orders by 50%. Enabled automatic data logging and tracking for better record accuracy.
