As the corporate controller for Asia Pacific, highly dedicated to IT cost controlling and related PMO. - PMO of one project for IT cost analysis and recharge allocation: Mainly in charge of coordinating with global project team to realize the system localization, process optimization, report validation, etc. Asia Pacific is selected as the pilot region to implement the project considering the high project performance. - Strategic transformation of Asia Pacific IT Finance team: Proposed the target, structure and roadmap to achieve full transformation of IT Finance team to enable centralized governance and full visibility. Presented to Global and APAC Man-com and got approval for next-step implementation. - APAC IT cost management: Mainly responsible for trend/budget construction and reporting, actual analysis by domain and service. Cooperate closely with stakeholders to monitor IT spending, optimize the cost and analyze return on investments. Propose risks and opportunities on landing, support on the ad-hoc request from business partners, etc.

Assisted clients with significant business improvement and strategy transformation. The clientele extends across a wide range of industries including real estate, banking, security, insurance, petroleum, automobile, manufacturing, FMCG, retails, etc. Project experience includes but not limited to: - As the on-field in-charge, implemented two VAT reform projects for a global bank and an automobile financing company respectively to establish VAT management process in order to meet regulatory requirements. Mainly responsible for the business and regulatory requirements analysis, resolution design and knowledge transfer. - As the on-field in-charge, worked on business process integration and transformation for a global manufacturing company after M&A. Mainly responsible for as-is analysis, requirement analysis, resolution design and implementation. Also the PMO coordinator with India roll-out team. - As the senior consultant to assist a global cosmetics company to build up activity-based-costing (ABC) methodology to perform IT controlling. Mainly responsible for the baseline restatement and ABC construction for Asia Pacific Zone. Also PMO coordinator with French roll out team. - Also led or participated in more than 10 projects concerning financial process optimization, internal control, internal policy evaluation, etc.

Led an office of more than 20 members to speak up on behalf of students, work out proposals to protect student rights, improve campus living standards and advocate a more open academic atmosphere: - Held annual Summit of Students Representatives - Held Election of Students Representatives - Held bi-weekly meeting of students committee executive - Processed more than 300 proposals and successfully achieved, including but not limited to, university-wise air-conditioner installation, reform of school bus route and schedule, lighting construction of basketball court, etc.
