Power 4 company, worked alongside recruiters to coordinate event logistics and to staff events ‑ including presentations, interview, campus activities and events, conferences, etc. Assist in planning and executing campus and office interviews; this included creating interview schedules, developing supporting materials, obtaining space, assisting candidates with travel and expense reimbursement process, catering, interviewer sign-up and greeting candidates. Utilize web based application tracking and interview scheduling systems to maintain candidate data, schedule interviews and for reporting. Point of contact for candidate and hiring manager questions, as necessary. Perform other various administrative duties related to campus recruiting.
