-Recognized potential customers, deep-in relationship and client retention strategy applied to accomplish sales & profitability; -Review system procedure’s and process flow to suggest improvements in current practices; -Manage Company policy and procedures in line as a company’s representative; -Carrying out residential mortgage valuations in both freehold and private freehold locations across Dubai;

- listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale; - maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; - cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business; - responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;

-Perform business readiness activities, system testing coordination, reporting of the business readiness Key Performance Indicators; -Communicate & act as liaison with end markets/ Regional & Area Teams; Manage peaks -Apply processes to govern change and to ensure compliance to global standards -Adhere to application access, authorisation security and identify management standards
