After spending 18 months working with Link Recruitment in Australia, I was approached by Paterson Recruitment to manage their Commercial Temps desk. Prior to my time in Australia, I was the Branch Manager of Paterson Recruitment’s Bicester office from 2005 to 2007, gaining extensive experience in recruitment operations, client management, and team leadership.

Specialising in temporary and contract recruitment across all Financial Services in Sydney, I successfully sourced and placed candidates in roles including Brokers, Settlements Clerks, Investment Bankers, and Mortgage Processors. I managed a busy temporary desk of up to 90 active candidates per week, delivering tailored recruitment solutions while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
