As Manager of Client Services, I lead our customer success team in supporting our partner schools' capacity to use Schoolrunner and data to meet their goals. Starting with a systematic approach to implementation and onboarding, we then provide ongoing training and professional development to our partners, as well as individualized curricula centered around each school's unique goals and needs.

Activities and Societies: School for International Training, Spring Study Abroad Program Cape Town, South Africa Studied multiculturalism and social change throughout South Africa by way of an intensive language study of Xhosa, a multiculturalism and social change seminar, a field study seminar, and an independent study project on graffiti art in Cape Town entitled “The Writing’s on the Wall: An Exploration of Cape Town’s Graffiti Art Culture.”
