eltonix is a one-to-one mentoring service for teachers who teach English or subjects through English through classroom-based exploratory practice and action research. We guide teachers through a personalised action plan and encourage reflective practice. Responsible for launching and co-ordinating three new products for very young learners, primary and secondary learners; Learning Time with Timmy, Primary Plus and Secondary Plus. This involved supporting teachers in their lesson planning and delivery, giving INSETTs on task-based learning, and communication with parents regarding our methodology and materials. Responsible for the line management of the teaching staff and supporting them with their professional development aims and classroom practice. I also delivered CELTA courses as ACT and TYLEC courses. Later responsible for internal teacher training including the INSETT programme (TEFL, Linguistics, Life Skills, Respect and Diversity). I designed teacher training workshops for external teachers. During this time, I was also a mentor for a colleague in Turkey in the Business Development Department as part of my role in the Global Leadership and Development Team.

Taught exam classes and general English classes at A2-B2 levels to young learners (ages 12-16), and literacy and numeracy to Bilingual students (English/French). Taught general English to adults at levels B1-C1. Mentored two teachers which involved setting professional development learning aims and observations. Delivered pre-DELTA INSETTs to future DELTA candidates.

Assisted in the launch of myClass and myClub products for adult students, including material review, timetabling, and teacher support through observations and feedback. Responsible for helping 3 British Council teachers with their professional development as their line manager. Set up a teacher-led action research scheme for YL and adult teachers. I was nominated for a British Council Teaching Excellence Award by the Bangkok teaching centre for this professional development initiative. I taught general English to young learners (ages 7-16) in levels A0-B2, and adults (A1-C1). I also taught IELTS and EAP to adults (B2+). I was DELTA mentor for future DELTA candidates.

Conducted IELTS seminars for teachers. Taught general English to VYLs, YLs and adults.

Taught General English to children aged 5-9 and prepared 3rd grade students for Cambridge YL Starter exams.

English teacher and Trinity exams trainer at International Quest summer school for Italian students aged between 12 and 17.

Teaching general and business English at beginner to upper-intermediate levels. Taught EAP to advanced level students. Taught Cambridge exam preparation classes including BEC Vantage, KET, PET, FCE, IELTS, TKT and ILEC and prepared university lecturers for TOEFL. I taught exam preparation classes to secondary school children and general English to primary school children (ages 4-15). I conducted teacher training sessions at local schools including how to use readers and how to teach academic writing.

I taught elementary French and English. I supervised children from the ages of 3 to 15.

Taught five English classes teaching ages 12-18 at elementary and pre-intermediate levels.
