Manage sales order demand for manufacturing supplied products. Create and maintain item master, BOM’s, routing and product costing in line with requirements. Load shop floor with work orders and report back. Expedite both manufacturing & despatch processes to ensure timely delivery of items in line with sales order requests. Liaise with Suppliers using forecasts, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), competition, alternate sources and blanket orders including coordination of Just-In-Time (JIT) deliveries. I was responsible for products through the complete production cycle. I also work from engineering plans and production specifications and coordinates production plans to ensure that materials are provided according to schedules. Manage Reject Goods process.
