Assisted the director and producers during pre-rehearsal and rehearsal phases, managed auditions, created daily rehearsal and production schedules, and operated all rehearsals in a timely and efficient manner. Ensured the correct execution of the production by maintaining an accurate script with current lines and blocking notation, supervising stage crew, and calling the show during each performance. Maintained the overall artistic integrity of the production throughout the run by consistently providing constructive notes to the actors and crew and apprising all staff through daily reports.

* Manage Fiscal Sponsorship program of over 150 active film projects. Oversee grant application process, manage review committee, provide filmmaker support, track annual reports, maintain records, and oversee distribution of funds. * Formalized and implemented online application process to meet International Documentary Association Core Application criteria. Saw an average increase of 26% of applications per year over a 6-year period. * Oversaw disbursement of over $8 million in FY 2017-2018 to filmmakers around the world.
