As a dedicated Costco Travel Reservation Agent, I do my best to provide exceptional service to customers by assisting them with travel bookings and inquiries. My role involves efficiently handling reservations but also going the extra mile to ensure travelers' needs are met. I take pride in providing the most accurate information possible. Along with ensuring valuable recommendations, and personalized assistance, contributing to memorable and seamless travel experiences for each customer.

During the challenging times of COVID-19, I took on the role of Risk Management Chair for my sorority. I successfully navigated the complexities of ensuring the health and safety of our members by implementing proactive measures and guidelines. My leadership helped maintain a secure environment while fostering a sense of unity and support within the sorority community.
