I worked in both the Financial Aid office and the Registrar's Office. Both jobs included me answering phone calls, answering questions both over the phone and in person. I assisted students with filling out paperwork, getting around campus, and filing paperwork. In the Financial Aid office I would have to calm concerned students and parents if they were worried about their financial aid. I worked closely with financial aid counselors and students. In the Registrar's office I was responsible for printing off transcripts and sending them out to institutions and students.
