As a Recruiting Lead, I am responsible for leading a dynamic team of recruiting professionals who place talent across the United States with premier employers as well as managing relationships with our partners.

Participate in ongoing sales campaigns and activities to develop new partnerships Develop innovative recruitment strategies to maintain a pipeline of talent to meet client needs Conduct full cycle recruitment for all light Industrial, skilled industrial, call center and administrative positions Act as the primary liaison between ABR and client to manage client expectations and deliver great customer service Run weekly branch meetings and discuss office metrics and goals Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to discuss placements, time to fill, turnover, etc. Build rapport with existing clients and perform marketing activities to cultivate partnerships Serve as a member of the Safety committee to enhance safety culture for our internal and external customers Responsible for compliance of Federal, state and local labor laws
