* Positions Held: Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Asst., Accounts * Payable, Accounts Receivable, Taxes, Payroll Clerk. * Assisting QA/QC Manager in creating documentation system * Maintaining files for each job in accordance with industry regulations * Allocating expenses to the respective jobs * Assisting controller with balancing general ledger accounts * Responsible for weekly employee payroll, as well as contractor and vendor payments * Invoicing customers and soliciting payment for outstanding accounts receivable balances * Issuing payments for 940 and 941 taxes

* Assisting customers in finding and special ordering books * Researching rare and out of print titles * Coordinating promotional events such as book signings and new releases * Balancing general ledger accounts and check register

Traveling all over the country, converting home health clinicians and office staff from a paper-based system to an electronic point of care software. Transitioning newly acquired agencies to LHC policies and procedures.

* Bi-weekly payroll processing for 91 home health and hospice agencies in Alabama, Mississippi, Maryland, Tennessee, and Virginia * Exporting payroll data from agency system, importing to time-keeping system then to accounting database * Auditing data for accuracy and compliance * Correcting invalid data * Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving payroll issues * Final payment and inactivation of separated employees in all 300 facilities owned by LHC Group * Working with consultants to implement and stabilize new ERP system
