As a Sodexo Ambassador, I promoted the Sodexo Future Leaders Internship to other students at Penn State through working with recruiters and social media.

Rotational and compensated Internship as part of the Sodexo Future Leader's Program, working in marketing, human resources, finance, catering, quality assurance and food safety, and several dining services locations at the University of South Carolina Dining Services.

Sales Associate serving customers on the sales floor, cash wrap duties, and providing fitting room assistance.

Worked as a server in the high end restaurant of a Country Club. I also intermittently acted as a catering server when needed.

As a dietetic intern, I completed 1200 supervised practice hours required to become a Registered Dietitian. I gained experience in clinical dietetics, community nutrition, and food service management. The Internship focused on education in advanced Pediatric and Nutrition Support. During my internship, I completed a major research project entitled, "A Case Series of Pediatric Patients on Home Parenteral Nutrition for the ASPEN Sustain™ Database," which examined data on complications related to home parenteral nutrition in pediatric patients.

I am currently enrolled in the University of Alabama's Distance Education program to obtain a Masters of Science in Human Nutrition."]

Schreyer Honors College Scholar with Honors in Biobehavioral Health, completing a senior thesis entitled, "The Assessment of the Practical Use of Lipid Predictive Equations in a Diabetic Population," which was presented at the 2012 Experimental Biology Conference Poster Session.
