I currently provide individual counseling to women in their childbearing years and beyond. Using a combination of supportive and cognitive behavioral therapies, I work with women as they heal and grow through the emotional challenges they face. I specialize in working with mothers experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). I also serve as a volunteer coordinator in Georgia for Postpartum Support International (PSI), and have received certified PSI training for supporting postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
