* Reconcile collection accounts, including daily balancing Shaw to bank and clearing all outstanding reconciling items. * Help promote a productive work environment, as well as encourage growth and development. * Research and post rejected payments on customers’ accounts. * Serve as a backup for all Accounting or Servicing problems or issues for the team in the absence of the Director. * Develop and maintain relationships with other departments both internally and externally. * Participate in development of new policy and procedures for the Loan Accounting Department

* Reconcile assigned auction inventories on a weekly basis with internal reports. * Reconcile all Drive titles at auction for sale availability on a monthly basis * Maintain weekly audits on sold vehicles funds sent / not received for accounting * Review each auction for titles received without unit consigned/redeemed. * Manages auction relationship and works closely with auction management staff, internal staff to ensure that processes are in compliance with all company guidelines. * Validate vehicle mechanical and body condition utilizing auction condition report. * Establish appropriate mechanical repairs if deemed appropriate. * Manages assigned auction audits on a daily basis with internal and post-sale reports. * Coordinates, reviews, and follow up on all vehicle inspections / repairs as required by company guidelines. * Assist Assistant Vice President in various special projects * o Maintaining Auto Auction agreement manuals * o Distribute daily missing vehicle condition report and legal sale date review for auctions * o Title Audits

* Oversee the Santander and Chrysler Capital collection accounts, including daily balancing SHAW to bank activity and clearing all outstanding reconciling items within 90 days. * Manage the reconciliation team which includes cash reconciliation, posting of daily payment vendor files, posting of Auction Sale Proceeds and submitting refunds and overages to the Accounts Payable Department. * Manually research and resolve all bank and payment channel related exceptions and disputes. * Escalate and solve system issues with the IT department. * Encourage and support the team members with training and ensure all their goals are met. * Work with other managers to verify that policy and procedures are properly executed with in the department.
