* Working for the UUA from a home office in Southern California: * Conceptualized the Tapestry of Faith series for adults: defining programs, hiring authors, and editing * Co-wrote and edited Our Whole Lives: Sexuality Education for Young Adults * Supervised an administrative assistant and multiple contractors: authors, copy editors, and trainers * Engaged and inspired UUs with popular General Assembly workshops on adult learning and spiritual growth

* Introduced OWL to UU and UCC congregations through workshops, media, and resource packets * Coordinated six "Training of Trainers" conferences; designed and led the advocacy component of the training * Inspired and prepared congregations with The Advocacy Manual for Sexuality Education, Health, and Justice * Represented OWL in high-stakes contexts to reporters, funders, denominations, non-profits, and more

* Developed, implemented, and facilitated a groundbreaking continental youth leadership training program * Managed complex groups of volunteers to lead week-long youth conferences, trainings, and GA programs

* Teaching the course Unitarian Universalist Religious Education (HDS 2844) to seminarians. * Inspiring future ministers for all-church, mission-focused, postmodern faith formation in a changing world * Teaching effective sessions on Anti-Racism/Anti-Oppression/Multiculturalism, curriculum writing, human development, religious education methods, and more * Challenging students to make faith formation integral to every aspect of their UU ministry

* As co-minister with Rev. John Gibb Millspaugh: * Grew a mid-size congregation into a stronger institution: programmatically, spiritually, and structurally * Led a complex team of sixteen staff; instituted personnel practices and regular performance evaluations * Increased pledges by 31% and increased the congregation's giving to charity by 64% amidst recession * Broadened volunteerism and deepened engagement by creating structures for membership outreach, young families, worship associates, shared ministry, adult programs, and money matters

* Equipping the UUA and congregations to reach people who are multi-faith, LGBTQ, and “nones” * Re-envisioning the ways congregations use social media and the web to show the experience of being UU * Redesigning UUA.org, particularly Beliefs and Principles and WorshipWeb, to introduce and show our faith * Developing content and guiding design for the UUA WordPress Theme for Congregations
