I believe in bringing people together — to celebrate, to listen, to experience. I believe in the power of music, art, and culture. I have a passion for creating space for these moments: the moments that stay with you forever. I am inclined to be in the center of the process and to see how things all work together. From inception to end, each project I work on becomes my passion project. While I have a desire to be a part of it all, I also believe in fostering an environment of collaboration and teamwork. "No man is an island." Community is essential to succeed. With career experience in stage management, production management, event coordination, and administration, I have had the opportunity to align with my passion in various different roles. Each role providing me with more insight and exposure to the ins and outs of the event industry. These projects have allowed me to polish my skills of organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail — skills that are vital to the industry. Stage management has taught me how to be level-headed in stressful environments and how to make quick problem-solving decisions. Production management has taught me how to watch and listen to the needs of those around me. Event coordination has taught me to trust myself to make decisions — big or small. I am excited to see what I might learn next!
