As Chief Operating Officer of Always Best Care of Greater Lexington, my Office Staff and I recruit, train, and coach the greatest team of in home Care Providers in Lexington, KY and the surrounding counties. Together with our amazing Care Providers, we enable seniors to stay in their beloved homes for as long as possible, while helping their families achieve some sense of normalcy in their own lives.

As part of the Performance Excellence Team, I led Rapid Improvement Events to streamline hospital processes with the goals of improving patient experience, patient access, reducing costs, and improving reimbursements. We targeted reductions in ER wait time, Discharge Time, and Length of Stay by forming cross functional teams to apply Lean methods and write streamlined standard work. We mentored the teams after the events and helped them learn how to drive continuous improvement on their own teams.

As a Production Control Analyst I helped to train Production Personnel on proper production reporting while managing error correction and variance reporting. Participated in daily Tier meetings designed to drive continuous improvement and cost reductions. Led a team designed to reduce inventory errors.

As a Supply Chain Analyst I planned production schedules and ordered materials for several production lines while being responsible for customer delivery performance, inventory management, supplier interactions and quality maintenance. Special projects included major packaging changes and new product line introductions.
