I represent corporations, businesses, and individuals in high-stakes complex litigation. As a commercial litigator, my practice involves product liability, contracts, fraud, consumer class actions, deceptive trade practices, health care, false claims, securities and financial products, and business torts. I have defended clients in multiple bench and jury trials, as well as in arbitration. I am experienced in working on and managing litigation teams on all aspects of litigation, from pretrial pleadings to post-trial motions, and is particularly well-versed in all facets of discovery, including e-discovery and fact and expert witness depositions.
