I’m an experienced Registered Nurse. Having worked in Intensive Care for a number of years and gained a vast amount of clinical skills and knowledge. I then went out into the community delivering complex care to patients in their own home, as a clinical nurse specialist. I then went into management and managed a number of complex settings, as well as mobilising 2 complex divisions from zero hours to over 2000 hours in 6 months. I have recently completed an interim contract with the NHS as a clinical quality improvement manager for the independent/care sector.
