I'm a mother, an actress, a founder, and an owner with a passion for empowering and inspiring others. Growing up I spent most of my life in the California sun and water and had my scare with skin cancer (Melanoma) 7 years ago. I needed some kind of sun protection... a second skin of sorts, so that I didn’t have to rely on chemically filled sunscreens that need to be applied with precision and thickness, to work. I had no room for mistakes. In 2015 I decided to create the product I needed on my own. Thus, TUTUBLUE, my passion, and the UPF protective swimwear brand that protects you and your family from the sun which is ALSO fashionable were born. TUTUBLUE is dedicated to creating thoughtfully made swimwear with two missions at the forefront. Our first mission is to keep our community safe from the harmful effects of the sun. Whether you're out running errands or you're practicing water sports, we believe there shouldn't be a compromise between getting outside or staying safe. Our second mission is to protect the environment that we all share. Sunscreen has very harmful effects on our environment due to chemical ingredients and plastic packaging, which is why we have designed high-quality UPF50+ suits from recycled fabrics to decrease sunscreen usage and increase time outdoors. I am involved in and lead every aspect of the TUTUBLUE business from design, manufacturing, packaging, and marketing and we vow to always move forward with the values of trust, transparency, and a deep sense of purpose to protect our consumers and their families most intentionally and consciously. Acting has been a lifelong passion that I started working on when I was 14 years old. I am happily still acting and just wrapped up shooting a co-starring role in an independent movie called "The Fall", opposite Jim O'heir, starring Jocelyn Hudonas as well as "Feeling Randy", another independent film. Last year I wrapped a co-star role on the Hulu series "Olga Dies Dreaming".
