As VPM, I initiate contact with guests to make them feel welcome and provide them with the information they need to join. I help ensure a constant influx of new people into our club and process new member applications. I also monitor membership levels and strategize with the rest of the executive committee regarding any membership goals.

Manchester’s Art History and Visual Studies department (AHVS) is at the leading edge of international research in the history and theory of art. A cross-disciplinary subject, the program consisted of courses from a team of art historians, critics and theorists at the leading edge of the discipline. Focusing my studies on modern and contemporary art, with a minor focus in Renaissance Italian art, this twelve-month taught MA program consisted of graduate coursework and an independent, supervised dissertation. The school's Skills Awareness for Graduate Education programme (SAGE) offered a holistic training programme for postgraduate students.
