Sarabamoon Boshra

I am a Mechatronics Engineering student with hands-on experience in mechanical design, industrial manufacturing, and automation. During my training at Marcony Company, which specializes in food production lines, I was actively involved in various stages of design, fabrication, and machine installation. I worked directly with several departments, including mechanical workshops, design offices, and heavy machinery areas. I gained experience in operating lathe machines, welding tools, and CNC machines (both 4-axis and 5-axis). I also learned how to change lathe chucks and assist in machining processes using traditional and automated tools. As part of the design team, I used Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, and CypCut to model and prepare designs for manufacturing. Using these tools, I contributed to the development of: 1.A hygienic machine designed for food processing, focusing on ease of cleaning and sanitary requirements. 2.A complete ice cream production line, including tanks, mixers, and conveyors. 3.A biscuit conveyor system, designed to move products efficiently and reliably during production. In addition, I used CypCut software to generate and optimize laser cutting paths for sheet metal components, ensuring precision and material efficiency. I also assisted in off-site installations, including the setup and alignment of machines at client locations. Throughout the training, I was involved in every stage of the manufacturing process—from raw material preparation, machining, and assembly, to painting, polishing, and packaging for both local and international shipping. This gave me a deep understanding of how production lines are designed, built, tested, and delivered. These experiences have strengthened my technical skills, especially in mechanical design and manufacturing, and enhanced my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world engineering problems. I’ve also developed strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities while working in fast-paced industrial environments.
