Performer and collaborator for new dance works Creator of original dance curriculum for primary enrichment programming. This curriculum uses concepts of modern dance technique, performance and improvisation to help each child begin to develop their creative voice. Co-Director Red Clay Dance Youth Ensemble Work directly with teen dance apprentices helping them develop personal artistic voice, professional dance skills including: technique, resume building, creating an artist portfolio, and audition skills, etc.

* Coordinates the daily operations of Red Clay Dance Company's Community Engagement, Education, and Partnerships program including * program/curriculum development,evaluation and assessment * fundraising * grant writing * contract development and negotiation * staff recruitment, training, and development. Additionally, working directly with community stakeholders in arts education from Teaching Artists, School and Community Partners, Funders and Arts Advocates, to design and maintain unique engaging programming focused on impacting glocal change in the communities Red Clay serves.

Worked closely with the director and the stage manager to make sure that everyone involved (cast, crew, directors, designers) were on the same page Arranged and posted the call times, recorded blocking notations, gave lines, maintained the rehearsal schedule, and enforced the company rules. During performances made sure everything was good to go, solved problems, called cues, motivated the cast and crew, and maintained the artistic integrity of the show.
