I lead the Ant Group International Risk Management (IRM) department as well as GIOC (Risk and AML operation centre), covering all business lines in EMEA region and B+ business at APAC. IRM and GIOC provide financial crime solutions for Ant Group, with the focus on Anti-fraud, AML and Onboarding. Working in the risk function of a fintech giant, we differentiate ourselves by plugging in product/tech automation to traditional risk management, empower business to explore higher risk blue ocean market by providing dynamic and data-driven risk strategy and controls. Team size: ~60 members including 4 sub-teams: 1) Risk policy: risk product/tech solution, risk rule and risk strategy; 2) Risk operation: fraud transaction monitoring review, SAI/SAR, recall investigation; 3) Client onboarding: onboarding automation, KYB/KYC, CDD, PAR; 4) AML operation: sanction, PEP, adverse media, TM, excl. MLRO.

I lead the Ant Group B+ and WorldFirst International Risk Management (IRM) department, covering EMEA, SEA and ANZ regions. IRM, also known as Risk Team, is the core risk function of Ant Group (1st line). The team look after fraud risk, transaction security and account security by developing market-leading automatic solution and data-driven risk strategy. Team size: ~20 members including 3 sub-teams: 1) Risk policy: risk product/tech solution, risk rule and risk strategy; 2) Risk operation: fraud transaction monitoring review, SAI/SAR, recall investigation; 3) Client onboarding: onboarding automation, KYB/KYC, CDD, PAR.

I lead Ant Group Enterprise Risk Management department (ERM), covering all business lines in EMEA regions. ERM team is the 2nd line risk function of Ant, and looks after risk governance, institutional credit risk, liquidity risk, fx market risk and operational risk. Team size: 2 members.
