- Interact with customers in the Middle Eastern region ( United Arab Emirates-Lebanon-Oman-Egypt-Bahrain-Qatar) to collect payments that are due. - Manage customers contact information with utmost secrecy, and making sure their details are updated and renewed at all times. - Helping customers with difficult financial situations find a suitable solution for making their payments (Helping them claim for insurance-offering them discounted plans) - Follow federal and state laws dealing with debt collection. - Supported the HR as a temporary task assigned to me in the hiring process. - Delivering anti money laundry/financial crime related sessions to the bank.
