I provide an artistic, emotive and creative approach to portrait, event and editorial/lifestyle photography. I aim to provide my clients with an exceptional experience and a collection of photographs that they'll cherish for a lifetime. I have a BFA in Photography and Printmaking, from the NYSCC at Alfred University in New York. I have been making photographs since I was about 15, and fell in love with the medium long before that. For the past 12 years, I have been working with local families, businesses and individuals to create great portraits of their daily lives, milestones and events. My main goals are: -to more often be able to donate my services to organizations and individuals who are doing good work in the local and global community. -to work with women of the world to help them feel as beautiful and powerful as they are. -to work on a series here in Seattle of local organizations and individuals who are doing selfless and community based work, without financial gain being the top-most priority. -to learn to speak Italian and Spanish fluently. Specialties: I love the moment when a client sees a photograph of themselves, and smiles. I aim to get to the heart of a person when I make a portrait, and I feel that I have a special talent for keeping people relaxed, and sessions fun and comfortable! I love working with families, women/men, children/newborns, animals of all kinds, and businesses, and offer an artistic and "old-school" approach to my sessions and event documentation.

Main responsibilities: Managing all paperwork flow and business operation, providing superior customer service, quality control of product, graphic design and marketing, in-home consulting, all tasks associated with production of custom framed artwork, all aspects of production of client photographs and photo sessions, vintage photograph restoration, shop maintenance and appearance, organizing monthly rotating art exhibits on display at the location, and framed art delivery and installation.

I owned and operated a fine custom framing shop in the Fremont neighborhood for the past five years, and left only to pursue my photography career full time. I still offer affordable, archival, high-end custom framing out of my home, to my photography clients, and repeat or new "framing-only" clients. I am happy to offer consulting as well, and I regularly visit clients in their homes, to give advice about framing/color/decor, and I also meet clients at local "do-it-yourself" type frame shops where they can save money but get educated advice and design help.
