* ● Leverage fraud findings with retail brands in order to create brand relationships that provide Raise * with a clean supply of product; * ● In collaboration with 15+ big-box retailers, my team has closed over $200k worth of fraudulent * product from being sold on the secondary gift card marketplace; * ● Correspond with new C2C sellers in order to verify their validity and business practices; * ● Monitor payout history and ensure that all seller are tax compliant past a certain value threshold; * ● Generate reports using Looker that allow various departments throughout Raise to analyze brand * and seller trends. * ● Draft monthly invoices to sellers with negative account standings. * ● Monitor seller defect rates to ensure that sellers are complying with the set standards of our marketplace. * ● Perform subsequent seller assessments for accounts which struggle to meet our set thresholds. * ● Train a team of four Trust & Safety agents in various fraud detection methods.

* ●Conducted a competitive analysis of the gift card ecosystem, which included qualitative word of mouth research, website analytics (for Raise and competitors) using Alexa, and quantitative analysis of SOM within the industry; * ●Used my understanding and perspective of Raise's position in the industry to give insight to * executives in order to identify partners and competitors in the industry; * ●Performed a benchmark analysis of Raise's social media performance across a wide range * of channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, and Instagram; * ●Created mock campaigns and formed suggestions for strategies the company could take on * various platforms.

* ● Worked in Excel to perform preliminary risk analysis in order to provide quality control and assurance to customers through the secondary marketplace; * ● Investigated to unearth the truth behind brand specific issues and created unique and adaptable * solutions to ensure the overall health of the marketplace; * ● Maintained communication with the team and management in order to foster open * communication to promote increased productivity.

* ●Identify patterns of behavior that are detrimental to the marketplace in order to mitigate bad buyer * experiences and defect rates; * ●Construct ad hoc projects that generate breakthrough solutions and processes to further ensure the trust and liquidity in both the marketplace and the brand; * ●Serve as a source of inspiration for a team of 11 agents as well as ensure the everyone understands the metrics and deliverables for our departments, in addition to those we also support.
