Dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse with a decade of experience in diverse healthcare settings. Most recently earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in May 2025. Received exceptional clinical experiences in the outpatient psychiatric setting, where I had the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population presenting with a wide spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses. This experience allowed me to deepen my understanding of mental health conditions such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. I gained hands-on experience in conducting psychiatric assessments, formulating treatment plans, and supporting medication management under the guidance of experienced preceptors. These rotations significantly strengthened my clinical judgment, therapeutic communication skills, and reinforced my passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. A strong advocate for quality patient care, known for dependability, critical thinking, and compassionate support for both patients and colleagues.
