I studied the role of IFT and other transport proteins in pancreatic cancer signaling, focusing on Ras and MAPK signaling. • Elucidated cell biological roles of uncharacterized gene TTC25 in ciliogenesis and morphogenesis by quantitative confocal microscopy • Challenged hypothesis that neural tube closure defects in cilia mutants result from perturbed Shh signaling and neural patterning with extensive analysis of numerous readouts for several genes
