Digital communication Lab for students in Editorial and Communication Studies (MA)

As a Senior Design Lead and Behavioural Design Expert at Logotel, I design and deploy impactful change and engagement programs for multinational companies and medium enterprises belonging to a wide range of industries (automotive, fashion, energy, information technology, real estate services, banking...). I report to the Chief Design Officer. Since 2015, I’ve been working with and lead multidisciplinary, international teams within the Design & Change area and the Digital Communities one. Since early 2020, I have been focusing on redesigning hybrid and empathic collaborative experiences, rituals and workstyles, within and across teams. My specialties: BEHAVIORAL CHANGE: I design and deploy motivational and cultural systems that enable people to adopt good behaviors, making the most of their personal resources in their daily work life. ENGAGEMENT EXPERIENCES: I design and deploy digital and physical programs to foster empathic collaboration, to involve and onboard people, to spread a common culture. SERVICE DESIGN: I work with service designers and I use service design tools by integrating them with my creativity and with my behavioral design experience. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION STRATEGY: I lead the client in the definition of identity and TOV for any communication project, internal and external. TRAINING: I have been holding modules on Service Design for POLI.Design and LanTao Design Academy, Beijing; on new media and digital communication for RCS Academy. I regularly act as a facilitator and speaker during live events and workshops, worldwide. Since 2015, I’ve been directly involved in projects for: Diesel worldwide, Cisco worldwide and Italy, PSA France, Stellantis, Enel X worldwide and Italy, Enel, Intesa Sanpaolo, Swarovski worldwide, Prelios.

Literary translation class for students of Modern Literature Studies (BA & MA)

Supporting editorial staff in all activities leading to publication: issuing contracts and dealing with royalties; assessing manuscripts and making recommendations on their publication to senior editorial staff; correcting manuscripts; writing articles, networking; obtaining rights to use materials from other publications; assisting with the art direction and design of publications; foreign office; communication with authours and journalists; development of plans to reach new clients; organization of events and participation to book fairs.

Bookshop's specialties: first editions, manuscripts, bindings, illustrated books, literature, photography. My role: transcription of manuscripts and description of books and autographs for the bookshop's catalogues.

PhD at Reading University, Modern Languages and European Cultures department. Thesis in Comparative Literature and Translation. My research areas: contemporary Italian poetry, comparative literature, textual criticism, translation, publishing history, theatre. My specialty: work on manuscripts, critical edition.
