My job as the assistant manager at Deja Vu is too ensure a very safe clean and efficient working environment out in the front of house with all the sandwich artists. I have to ensure all customer service standards are met as well as everything happening in a clean and efficient manner. Myself and the sandwich artists ensure a very fast pace and effective working system to save customer waiting too long for their food and making sure the shop is clean at all times, also in busy spells in the shop. I also manage all the social media and graphic design materials that maybe needs such as new flyers, new artwork and updated menus etc.
