Maintained stocking levels for over 1000 purchased finished goods (PFGs). Implemented stocking levels and ordering system for high-end PFG collections. Identified top sellers and lead in-stock domestic program in tandem with operations and sales to maintain 90% stocking level. Developed sku-store level point of sales reports. Initiated shipment tracking system used to update all PFG dates on company website. Arranged, tracked, and provided feedback on new collections of PFG’s while working with key players to meet deadlines. Created, updated, and expedited purchase orders for all intercompany needs. Sourced new vendors and negotiated costing for national account projects. Forecasted monthly domestic production capacity. Acted as main contact for over ten international vendors.
