Sara Klem studied commercial photography in her hometown of Rochester, NY. Graduating in 2008 with her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The acclaimed Rochester Institute of Technology. Since graduation Sara has been busy cultivating her skills as a photographer and business professional. In 2010 Sara was part of a very unique project titled "Walk The Dream". This documentary film features 4 creative professionals as they walked step by step across the United States. Sara was one of these young professionals. During their 3,200 mile journey they interviewed people they met on the road about their dreams and aspirations in life. They truly had the experience of a lifetime and Sara captured every moment through her lens. The film itself and Sara's photo book of the journey is a continuing project as they did not have funding. Shortly after returning home from the walk Sara found herself assisting with several of the top gun photographers in The Rochester area. Although she enjoyed freelancing to the fullest and had a chance to be a part of some pretty amazing shoots. Sara was looking for a permanent home. In 2013 she began working as a studio manager for a fast paced commercial photography studio. Working daily with clients such as Wegmans, Sorrento Cheese, and several others. Sara made sure that everything went smoothly from start to finish during each shoot.
