I am continuously working with people; individuals, groups of people and organizations, Ideas, preparation, action and follow-up. Using preventive and alternative methods in public health. As a workshopleader or trainer I teach topics such as communication, inner leadership, mindfulness in action and energy vs balance. I am specialized in physical health and use body mind methods individually such as massage therapy, yoga, motivation and ACT(acceptance and commitment therapy) together as an integrated model for wellbeing.
