I’ve always been passionate about creating and building, and as the CEO of an indie game studio, I’ve had the chance to turn that passion into my career. Along the way, I’ve navigated the challenges of leading teams, launching games, securing funding, and shaping business strategies—all while constantly learning and adapting. More than anything, I believe in the power of teamwork, clear communication, and staying focused on results. These three skills have shaped my approach to leadership and have helped me bring ideas to life alongside incredible people.
