PowerWright is a full service engineering firm that provides technical services to the electric utilities industry, including Florida’s largest electric utility. Our services include power line (Transmission and Distribution) engineering, electric Substation and Protection & Controls (P&C) engineering, construction and construction management, drafting, permitting, system development, and others.

• Created job posting to be utilized on various job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder.com, etc.). • Sourced candidates from various job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder.com, etc.). • Interviewed (via phone or F2F) qualified candidates. • Create and submitted profiles of qualified pre-screened candidates to Account Managers for submission to clients. • Extended clients offer to selected candidates.
